Clear ER Staining in ICC
I used this rabbit recombinant antibody to label Calnexin as an endoplasmic reticulum marker in immunocytochemistry assays. The clone AFY0050 provided distinct and localized staining in the ER of our human cell lines, making it an excellent tool for our organelle co-localization studies.
Strong Signal in Western Blot
The antibody reacted strongly with the C-terminal epitope of CANX in our Western Blot experiments. We tested it on lysates from both Human and Mouse tissues, and it consistently revealed a clean band at the expected molecular weight, confirming its cross-species reactivity and reliability.
