Specific Fab Fragment
We needed a Fab fragment for our functional studies on cardiolipin, and clone A1.84 was a perfect choice. It bound specifically to the lipid target without the Fc-mediated interactions, which cleaner data for our autoimmune research models.
Excellent for Immunoblotting
This recombinant mouse antibody worked very well in immunoblotting assays. It specifically recognized cardiolipin, an important mitochondrial membrane component. The quality of the product was consistent, and the results were reproducible across several replicates.
