The Rabbit Anti-CCNB1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human CCNB1. CCNB1, as cyclin B1, regulates mitotic transitions, with altered expression patterns linked to tumors, engaged with CDK binding and processes like prophase progression. The anti-CCNB1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/1000-1/5000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/400).
