Mouse Anti-CD247 Recombinant Antibody (FAMAB-0050YC) (CAT#: FAMAB-0050YC)
Provided is a chimeric (hamster F (ab')2 region/mouse Fc gamma portion) antibody using murine isotypes with different affinities for Fc gamma Rs. The chimeric IgG2a isotype, which bind murine Fc gamma Rs, had similar activating, immunogenic, and immunosuppressive properties with parental antibody in mice.
