Human Anti-CD34 Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (HPAB-0884-WJ-F(E)) (CAT#: HPAB-0884-WJ-F(E))
This is a humanized monoclonal antibody, HPAB-0884-WJ, that targets CD34, a surface antigen found on human stem cells. The binding affinity of HPAB-0884-WJ to KG1a cells was determined to be 6.9 nM, as measured by the KD value. HPAB-0884-WJ-F(E) antibody is the Fab fragment antibody form of HPAB-0884-WJ antibody. Fab fragments, the antigen-binding domains of an antibody molecule, consist of two amino acid chains composed of VH+CH1 and VL+CL domains.
