KG-1a cells were incubated for 30 min at 37 °C with neuraminidase. After washing twice with PBS containing 5% FCS, the enzyme-treated cells were incubated with 5B12 for 45 min at 4 °C. After washing, cells were labeled with FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) and analyzed by FCM. The open histogram represents the staining of enzyme-treated cells and the filled histogram represents the staining of untreated cells.
