Human Anti-CD34 Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-M0474-YC) (CAT#: HPAB-M0474-YC)
This is a recombinant humanized antibody that specifically targets CD34. To assess the binding affinities, a surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor-based assay was conducted using the humanized HPAB-M0474-YC antibody and recombinant human CD34 protein. The binding affinity between humanized HPAB-M0474-YC and human CD34 protein was found to be 7.34 nM, as determined by the KD value.
