Mouse Anti-CD34 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-0883-WJ-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-0883-WJ-S(P))
This is a recombinant mouse antibody that specifically targets CD34. HPAB-0883-WJ targets the surface antigen CD34 found on human stem cells. The binding affinity of HPAB-0883-WJ to KG1a cells was determined to have a KD value of 6.7 nM. HPAB-0883-WJ-S(P) antibody is the scfv fragment antibody form of HPAB-0883-WJ antibody. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
