Human Anti-CD34 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-0884-WJ-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-0884-WJ-S(P))
This is a humanized monoclonal antibody, HPAB-0884-WJ, that targets CD34, a surface antigen found on human stem cells. The binding affinity of HPAB-0884-WJ to KG1a cells was determined to be 6.9 nM, as measured by the KD value. HPAB-0884-WJ-S(P) antibody is the scfv fragment antibody form of HPAB-0884-WJ antibody. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
