Mouse Anti-CD48 Recombinant Antibody Hexamer (VS-0924-YC120), CDC Enhanced (CAT#: VS-0924-YC120)
The product is a mouse-derived anti-CD48 antibody hexamer with enhanced CDC activity. This hexameric IgG1, which targets human CD48, incorporates mutations that promote hexamer formation. These mutations facilitate optimal C1q binding and significantly enhance complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC).
