Rabbit Anti-CD53 Recombinant Antibody (clone R01-8U5)

It is a recombinant rabbit antibody targeting the CD53 (CD53 molecule), which involves in growth regulation in hematopoietic cells. It recognizes and binds to human CD53. It has been determined using Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.
