(A) mCD96 expressed heterologously by HEK293 cells was detected by anti-mCD96 mAb 8B10, 6A6, and 6B8. (B and C) The corresponding antibodies pre-bound to the expressed mCD96 prevented (6A6 and 6B8) or failed to prevent (8B10) subsequent binding of recombinant mCD155-hIgG1 or mNectin-1-hIgG1.
