Mouse Anti-CDH15 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1172)

This product is an anti-CDH15 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting CDH15. CDH15 (M-cadherin) is a calcium-dependent adhesion protein specifically localized to skeletal muscle. It plays an indispensable role in myoblast fusion and the formation of multinucleated myofibers during myogenesis. CDH15 signaling coordinates the spatial organization of satellite cells within the muscle niche, ensuring proper tissue repair and skeletal muscle development. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC532 and VS-0326-YC533, directed against CDH15 were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
