Mouse Anti-CDH5 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1102)

This product is an anti-CDH5 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting CDH5. CDH5 (VE-cadherin) is the primary adhesion molecule of endothelial adherens junctions. It is essential for maintaining the vascular permeability barrier and coordinating angiogenesis. CDH5 signaling through VEGF receptors modulates endothelial cell survival and vessel stability; its disruption leads to vascular leakage and is a key event in inflammatory edema and tumor angiogenesis. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC411 and VS-0326-YC412, directed against CDH5 were used for in vitro assays including Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
