Rabbit Anti-CDKN1A Recombinant Antibody (clone R04-4H1)

This is a recombinant rabbit antibody that specifically recognizes human CDKN1A (Cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor 1A), which plays an important role in controlling cell cycle progression and DNA damage-induced G2 arrest. It also has cross-reactivity against mouse or rat CDKN1A. It has been reported for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.

Functions in the nuclear localization and assembly of cyclin D-CDK4 complex and promotes its kinase activity towards RB1.
