Rabbit Anti-CEACAM6 Recombinant Antibody (clone R06-4A5) (CAT#: VS3-XY3311)
The rabbit recombinant antibody specifically recognizes CEACAM6 (CEA cell adhesion molecule 6), which is a cell surface glycoprotein playing a role in cell adhesion and tumor progression. It specifically reacts with human, mouse and rat CEACAM6. It has been tested using Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Immunoprecipitation and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100, 1/20 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.

- Cell surface glycoprotein that plays a role in cell adhesion and tumor progression. Intercellular adhesion occurs in a calcium- and fibronectin-independent manner. Mediates homophilic and heterophilic cell adhesion with other carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecules, such as CEACAM5 and CEACAM8. Heterophilic interaction with CEACAM8 oCcurs in activated neutrophils. Plays a role in neutrophil adhesion to cytokine-activated endothelial cells.
