Human Anti-CFB Recombinant Antibody (clone AAfBb); scFv Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-M0511-YC-S(P))
Provided is an aglycosylated humanized anti-Bb (AAfBb) antibody Fab fragment. AAfBb antibody is a specific inhibitor of the AP and does not inhibit or activate the classical pathway. AAfBb antibody binds to Bb so as to prevent cleavage of Factor B to produce Bb when present in the complex PC3bB.
