This product is a chimeric (rabbit/human) IgG1 antibody that recognizes human CHI3L1, which lacks chitinase activity and is secreted by activated macrophages, chondrocytes, neutrophils and synovial cells. This antibody is recommended for flow cytometry at a dilution of 1:100.
