Recombinant Rabbit Anti-Mouse CHI3L1 Capture Antibody (clone R79-6S-2)

This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against mouse CHI3L1. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant mouse CHI3L1 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair R79-6S-2 and R34-4Z-7. The clone R79-6S-2 can be used as a capture antibody in ELISA analysis to identify mouse CHI3L1.

Plays a role in T-helper cell type 2 (Th2) inflammatory response and IL-13-induced inflammation, regulating allergen sensitization, inflammatory cell apoptosis, dendritic cell accumulation and M2 macrophage differentiation.
