Recombinant Rabbit Anti-CHI3L1 Capture Antibody (clone R19-3L-2) (CAT#: VS3-WK1964)
This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against human CHI3L1. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant human CHI3L1 protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair R19-3L-2 and R34-3O-2. The clone R19-3L-2 can be used as a capture antibody in ELISA analysis to identify human CHI3L1.

Plays a role in T-helper cell type 2 (Th2) inflammatory response and IL-13-induced inflammation, regulating allergen sensitization, inflammatory cell apoptosis, dendritic cell accumulation and M2 macrophage differentiation. Facilitates invasion of pathogenic enteric bacteria into colonic mucosa and lymphoid organs.
