Mouse Anti-CIRBP Recombinant Antibody (CI659)

The anti-CIRBP recombinant antibody (CI659) reacts with human CIRBP. CIRBP (hnRNP A18) is a stress-response protein that translocates from the nucleus to the cytoplasm in response to hypothermia, UV radiation, or hypoxia. It stabilizes mRNAs of genes involved in cell survival and circadian rhythms. Recently, extracellular CIRBP has been identified as a DAMP (Damage-Associated Molecular Pattern) that drives systemic inflammation in sepsis. The anti-CIRBP antibody (CI659) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
