The product is a mouse anti-CLEC12A antibody hexamer with enhanced complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) activity. This hexameric IgG1 targets the CLEC12A protein in both humans and monkeys. It incorporates hexamerization-enhancing mutations that promote hexamer formation, facilitating optimal C1q binding and thus enhancing CDC.
