High Affinity For CR1
This recombinant human IgG3 antibody demonstrated strong binding to CR1 in our assays. We used it for ELISA, and the results were very consistent. The antibody sequence was derived from the V3-23 gene segment, and it appears to have retained excellent affinity for the target antigen.
Specific To Red Blood Cells
We verified the specificity of this antibody by testing it against murine red blood cells expressing human CR1. It showed specific recognition as expected. The product quality was verified by SDS-PAGE, and it has been a reliable tool for our research into complement receptor biology.
