This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated CTNND1. The target of this antibody is phospho-CTNND1 (Tyr228). The clone R08-5A8 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IF analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/200 and IP analysis at a dilution of 1/20. The molecular weight of CTNND1 (pTyr228) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 95-100 kDa.
