CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-CYP17A1 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC280) (CAT#: VS13-YC280)
The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-CYP17A1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat CYP17A1. CYP17A1 encodes a member of the cytochrome P450 family, crucial for steroid hormone biosynthesis and associated with conditions like adrenal hyperplasia due to deficiencies in 17-alpha-hydroxylase, influencing pathways such as aldosterone synthesis. The anti-CYP17A1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
