Engineered for high specificity through deep learning, the anti-DDX20 antibody (AibG-Rb-DX117) offers robust affinity for DDX20 in human and mouse orthologs. DDX20 (Gemin3) is a DEAD-box RNA helicase that participates in the assembly of the SMN complex for snRNP biogenesis. It also acts as a transcriptional corepressor that modulates NF-κB and steroid receptor signaling.
