The Rabbit Anti-DNMT3A Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse DNMT3A. DNMT3A, involved in de novo methylation, impacts X-chromosome inactivation and development, with key roles in imprinting and cellular epigenetic transitions. The anti-DNMT3A antibody can be used for Western blot (1/1000-1/5000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
