The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-DUSP3 Polyclonal Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat DUSP3. DUSP3 negatively regulates MAP kinase pathways, impacting cellular proliferation and differentiation through its dual phosphatase activity on various signaling kinases. The anti-DUSP3 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
