Recombinant Mouse Antibody Fab Fragment clone EctoD3, which is specific to EDA. EctoD3 can recognize epitopes overlapping the EDA receptor-binding site. It efficiently blocked the binding of Fc-EDA1 to EDAR and of Fc-EDA2 to XEDAR in both human and chicken systems.
