Mouse Anti-EED Recombinant Antibody (EE125)

The anti-EED recombinant antibody (EE125) reacts with human EED. EED is a core component of the Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 (PRC2). It possesses WD40 repeats that recognize pre-existing H3K27me3 marks, thereby facilitating the propagation of epigenetic silencing across the genome. EED is essential for the enzymatic activity of EZH2; its loss leads to widespread gene dysregulation and developmental failure. The anti-EED antibody (EE125) has been tested in Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
