Rabbit Anti-EIF4E (pS209) Recombinant Antibody (clone R77-8A-2) (CAT#: VS3-WK2053)
This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated EIF4E. The target of this antibody is phospho-EIF4E (Ser209). The clone R77-8A-2 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000, IF analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/200, IP analysis at a dilution of 1/50, and IHC staining at a dilution of 1/100-1/200. The molecular weight of EIF4E (pSer209) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 25 kDa.
