TCR (bispecific TCR G115A) recognizes Env peptide (KLTPLCVTL) in the context of HLA A*02. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant soluble TCR (bispecific TCR G115A). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
