Rabbit Anti-EPHB4 Recombinant Antibody (clone R04-3B0)

The R04-3B0 recombinant monoclonal antibody is able to recognize human EPHB4. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-P. The ephrin receptor B4 antibody is recommended for detection of target protein by western blot analysis of Eph receptor B4/HTK in MEF lysates.

- Together with its cognate ligand/functional ligand EFNB2 it is involved in the regulation of cell adhesion and migration, and plays a central role in heart morphogenesis, angiogenesis and blood vessel remodeling and permeability. EPHB4-mediated forward signaling controls cellular repulsion and segregation from EFNB2-expressing cells.
