Mouse Anti-FES Recombinant Antibody (FE211)

The anti-FES recombinant antibody (FE211) reacts with human and murine FES. FES is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase that coordinates the organization of the actin cytoskeleton and the tubulin network. It is primarily expressed in hematopoietic and endothelial cells. FES signaling is involved in the differentiation of myeloid cells and the regulation of vascular permeability; it also acts as a tumor suppressor in colorectal and breast cancers. The anti-FES antibody (FE211) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blot (WB).
