The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-FOXP3 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human FOXP3. FOXP3, a regulatory forkhead protein, causes X-linked IPEX syndrome when defective, affecting autoimmunity through its involvement in immune system maturation and differentiation. The anti-FOXP3 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
