Coeliac diease(CD) results from gluten intolerance accompanized with immunological responses towards gliadin, an ethanol-soluble protein fraction of wheat and other cereals. Here provided is isotype-specific antibody selected from isotype-specific phaged-displayed scFv library (IgA). The clone A7 is gliadin-specific, as shown by strongly positive ELISA and BiaCore singals.
