This Recombinant Mouse Anti-Gliadin Antibody is excellent for Western Blotting. It specifically binds to Gliadin, allowing us to detect gluten components in various samples. The purity is>97%, which is outstanding. It provided clear bands without non-specific background noise.
Ideal for Functional Studies
We utilized this antibody in functional studies related to gluten sensitivity. It is low endotoxin and azide-free (Functional Grade), which is exactly what we needed. It works well in Immunofluorescence as well. Storing aliquots at -20°C has maintained its efficacy over time.
