This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes GM2. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. It can be used in ELISA, IHC.

Each well of a 96-well plate was coated with 200 ng of glycolipids in 50 µl of methanol. Reactivities were determined with serial dilutions of the purified antibodies,starting at a concentration of 16 µg/ml.
