Mouse Anti-GOLGA2 Recombinant Antibody (GO607)

The anti-GOLGA2 recombinant antibody (GO607) reacts with human GOLGA2. GOLGA2 (GM130) is a peripheral membrane protein and structural scaffold of the Golgi apparatus. It mediates vesicle tethering and maintains the Golgi ribbon structure. GOLGA2 signaling is essential for spindle assembly during mitosis and coordinates secretory protein trafficking with cell polarity. The anti-GOLGA2 antibody (GO607) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
