Rat Anti-GPRC5D Recombinant Antibody (clone 2A4) (CAT#: VS-0824-CJ1)
Antibody 2A4 is a rat monoclonal antibody targeting the GPRC5D protein. It exhibits species reactivity with both human and cynomolgus monkey, and exhibits ADCC activity against GPRC5D-expressing cells. The affinity of 0.5 nM for antibody 2A4 was determined using SPR. With a high affinity of 1.3 nM assessed by flow cytometry, the epitope of 2A4 is located outside the amino terminus of human GPRC5D.
