The mAb 4P12 is a human recombinant antibody generated against CMV gp116 AD2 epitope and is capable of neutralizing the CMV virus. This antibody is useful in pharmaceutical compositions for the prevention and treatment of CMV infection, and for the diagnosis and monitoring of CMV infection.
