The Rabbit Anti-HDAC1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse HDAC1. HDAC1 is important for gene expression regulation through histone deacetylation, interacting with proteins like retinoblastoma tumor-suppressor protein, and affecting cell proliferation and differentiation. It's part of the histone deacetylase complex modulating cell growth and apoptosis. The anti-HDAC1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/2000), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/800), Immunocytochemistry (1/50).
