The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-HDAC2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat HDAC2. HDAC2 is involved in transcription regulation and cell cycle progression by forming repressor complexes with various proteins and deacetylating core histone lysine residues. It's an alternative spliced variant of the histone deacetylase family. The anti-HDAC2 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
