Mouse Anti-HDAC6 Recombinant Antibody (HD1031)

The anti-HDAC6 recombinant antibody (HD1031) reacts with human HDAC6. HDAC6 is a unique class IIb enzyme that primarily resides in the cytoplasm. It targets non-histone substrates such as α-tubulin and Hsp90. HDAC6 signaling regulates microtubule stability, cell motility, and the clearance of misfolded proteins via the aggresome-autophagy pathway. The anti-HDAC6 antibody (HD1031) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
