Recombinant Anti-HDGF Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (H3 var.)

The anti-HDGF eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human and mouse HDGF. HDGF is a proliferation and differentiation-related protein, highly expressed in many tumors. The antibody has a novel HDGF-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble HDGF from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
