HDGF-positive staining was found on tumor cell lines of glioblastoma (U87, U118, U373, and SW1873); prostate cancer (PC-3); leiomyosarcoma (SKLMS-1); breast cancer (MCF-7); and melanoma (M14). One glioblastoma cell line (DBTRG) was HDGFnegative. NIH3T3 cells were used as a negative control.
