Mouse Anti-HERC5 Recombinant Antibody (HE1043)

The anti-HERC5 recombinant antibody (HE1043) reacts with human HERC5. HERC5 is an interferon-induced E3 ligase that mediates ISGylation, a process where ISG15 is conjugated to target proteins. It acts as a major antiviral effector by ISGylating viral proteins, thereby inhibiting their assembly and function. HERC5 signaling is a cornerstone of the host's innate defense against influenza and HIV. The anti-HERC5 antibody (HE1043) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
