The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-HES1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat HES1. HES1 is a basic helix-loop-helix family transcription factor, acting as a transcriptional repressor especially for bHLH-dependent genes, binding the N-box instead of the standard E-box. The anti-HES1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
