Human Anti-HGFAC Recombinant Antibody (clone Ab39) (CAT#: HPAB-S0059-YC)
Ab39 was identified by screening of a synthetic F(ab')2 phage display library, which binds to the trypsin like serine protease hepatocyte growth factor activator (HGFA). It has an affinity of 11 nM to HGFA. This product is a full length human IgG format and was expressed in CHO/HEK293F.

A. The results demonstrated a complete lack of binding to factor XIIa, urokinase, and matriptase, suggesting good specificity to HGFA. B. It demonstrated that Ab39 was partial competitive inhibitors of HGFA.
