The anti-Histone (H3K9ac) recombinant antibody (Hi560) reacts with human H3K9ac histone. Histone H3K9ac refers to the acetylation of lysine 9 on histone H3, a hallmark of transcriptionally active chromatin. This modification is mediated by HATs (like p300) and recognized by bromodomain proteins. H3K9ac signaling promotes an open chromatin state, allowing the transcriptional machinery to access promoters and enhancers. The anti-Histone (H3K9ac) antibody (Hi560) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
